Overview
The P1 floor-standing PP fume hood is the acid digestion workhorse: welded 5-8mm polypropylene from the liner to the base, a 5mm PP baffle and a tempered glass sash — an all-plastic airstream for the chemistry that eats metal hoods alive. Acid digestion, perchloric acid work and heavy wet chemistry all live here.
Floor-standing format brings batch capacity: full-height base cabinet, worktop in ceramic or PP-friendly materials, and tall apparatus room for digestion rigs and large bath work. Exhaust volumes run 1036-1684 m³/h by width through PP-compatible ductwork, and the chamber wipes down for the wash-down discipline perchloric service demands.
