Filters, sashes, fans and monitors — everything that keeps a hood running

Fume Hood Filters & Accessories

A fume hood is a system, and systems consume parts. Filters load and expire; sashes cloud, chip and break; fans wear; monitors drift. The WSHLAB filters and accessories range keeps the hoods above running: replacement filtration media for every ductless cabinet in the range, sash and baffle hardware for the ducted series, exhaust fans and blowers to the published volumes, and the airflow instrumentation that proves the containment. The filter list is the deep one: HEPA H13 and H14 and ULPA U15 particulate grades; activated carbon for the general solvent load; impregnated media for acid gases, ammonia and formaldehyde; VOC-optimised beds for the ductless cabinets. All of them are stocked spares for the WSHLAB ductless range and sized for common third-party cabinets too. Everything is quote-configured: tell us the hood model and the chemistry (or the serial number) and we will match the filter set, the fan curve or the sash glass, and quote the parts that fit — the first time.

PERFORMANCE & SELECTION

HEPA and ULPA filters

Particulate grades run from HEPA H13 (99.95% at MPPS) through H14 (99.995%) to ULPA U15 (99.9995%) — the filter classes that turn a cabinet's airflow into clean air. They serve the BSC downflows, the ductless cabinet polish stages and any enclosure where particles are the load. Sizes are stocked for the WSHLAB range and cut to order for third-party cabinets.

  • HEPA H13: 99.95% efficiency at MPPS
  • HEPA H14: 99.995%
  • ULPA U15: 99.9995%
  • Stocked for WSHLAB cabinets; custom sizes to order

CONFIGURATION & COMPATIBILITY

Carbon and chemical filters

Gas-phase filtration is chosen by chemistry: general activated carbon for the solvent spectrum; impregnated media for acid gases (SOx, HCl, HF families), ammonia and amines, and formaldehyde; VOC-optimised beds for the ductless cabinet range. Every media is documented against the chemical compatibility chart, so the filter you order is the filter your chemistry needs — and the saturation alarm on the cabinet tells you when its life is over.

  • Activated carbon for the general solvent load
  • Acid gas media: SOx / HCl / HF families
  • Ammonia and amine media
  • Formaldehyde media; VOC-optimised beds
  • Compatibility chart documented for every media
