Pharmaceutical production — granulates, vial trays and packaging components
304 stainless interior on C configuration
An industrial oven stops being a lab instrument and becomes production equipment: it dries in batches measured in shelves, trays and trolleys, and its job is to hold the same temperature in the back corner of the chamber as at the door. That is a different engineering problem — and a 6000W heater, four rear blowers and a double-door cabinet are what solving it looks like. The WSHLab RGF series covers the two sizes most production floors ask for: 640L for batch processing on pallet-sized loads, and 1200L as a truck-in oven for trolleys that roll in whole. Both are floor-standing forced air industrial ovens, RT+10°C to 300°C, with a 304 stainless interior on C-configuration units, adjustable shelving and full-width convection that reaches every shelf. If your throughput has outgrown a 245L benchtop box — or your operators are queueing loads at a drying cabinet — the economics land on this page: one oven, one loading cycle, one batch record.
Back-mounted heating, multiple rear blowers and a gasket-sealed double-door front — convection engineering scaled from benchtop physics to production loads.
One RGF replaces a queue at the drying cabinet: whole batches load, dry and unload on a single cycle.

An industrial size oven is a production cabinet oven engineered for repeatable batch duty: heavier heaters, multiple blowers, double-wall insulated construction and doors sized for carts and trays. Compared with a laboratory box, an industrial drying oven gives up benchtop convenience for capacity, power and door access.
The 640L RGF runs as a classic batch oven with adjustable shelves; the 1200L opens as a walk-in-adjacent truck-in oven — roll a loaded trolley in through the double doors and close. Both accept tray racks and custom shelf layouts on order.
Product names, model numbers, SKUs and option identifiers keep quotations, orders and internal records aligned.
Blower, heater and controller serials are recorded against the cabinet serial, with the loaded-chamber test report filed alongside.
Every RGF runs a full-load thermal verification before shipping — with a loaded chamber, not an empty one — because empty-cabinet uniformity numbers flatter everyone.
Same controller as our benchtop ovens — operators trained on a 70L RDO already know how to run a 1200L RGF.

Plan the route and the power before delivery day: a 1200L cabinet ships upright on castors and needs its own circuit.

The RGF-1200 offers 1200 litres of interior volume — 1000×1000×1200 mm — with double doors sized for trolley loading and four rear blowers for full-width airflow.
Yes. The 640L and 1200L models both use gasket-sealed double doors, which keeps the front face of the chamber inside the uniformity envelope.
Yes — the 1200L is a truck-in oven design. On request we supply matching shelf trolleys and custom shelf spacing for your tray format.
RT+10°C to 300°C with ±1°C fluctuation at 100°C — the standard band for production drying and curing. Above 300°C, the RGW high temperature series applies.
The C configuration uses a 304 stainless interior; the B configuration uses 201 stainless for non-corrosive loads. Both have adjustable shelving.
Send us the batch size, the tray or trolley format and the process temperature. We will confirm the chamber, shelf layout and electrical requirements.
