Description
Overview
The T1 sliding sash fume hood is the classic geometry executed properly: an all-steel 1.0mm cold-rolled body with 5mm anti-bet liner, closed at the face by a vertical rising tempered glass sash on a synchronous belt counterweight. Pull it to the working height and the airflow settles at the sash edge; drop it and the enclosure seals behind you.
The sash hardware is the point of a sliding sash hood, and ours is cycle-tested before dispatch: single-hand operation, a stop at the maximum working opening, and a lock for out of hours. The 5mm tempered glass gives visibility and impact resistance for teaching benches and production lines alike.
Exhaust volumes run 1036-1684 m³/h by width, with LED lighting, the LCD control panel and 10A splash-proof sockets in the chamber. Sash options — stops, locks, combination and horizontal configurations — are quoted with the hood.
