30 %RH is the typical floor for a 36 L bench-top cabinet, because dehumidification relies on cooling.
20 %RH needs active drying, which usually means a larger cabinet with a desiccant or dry-air path.
10 %RH is a floor-standing chamber requirement and rarely appears below 250 L.
If the protocol is 25 °C / 60 %RH, a bench-top unit is fine
if it is 30 °C / 35 %RH, it is not.
