Overview
The RZFL is what a large vacuum oven looks like on a production floor: a vertical vacuum drying oven with 50L, 90L or 210L of chamber stood in a floor-standing column, taking the batches that would crowd a benchtop box. Bulk pharmaceutical intermediates, materials-science powders and multi-shelf electronics loads dry under the same <133 Pa, RT+10°C to 250°C envelope as our benchtop RZF.
The full-height control column carries the digital vacuum gauge, PID controller and over-temperature alarm at eye level, and a memory plus power-recovery function rides through mains dips without losing the run — the feature that matters most overnight, when a power flicker would otherwise cost a batch.
For bulk sample vacuum drying where throughput is the constraint, the 210L model carries three shelves of full trays; for floor-planning, every model rolls on casters into less than a square metre of footprint.
