Description
Overview
The RGW is the oven you specify when the number on the process sheet starts with a four or a five: a 500°C high temperature oven with forced air convection from 42L to 400L. Above 400°C the components stop being ordinary — Incoloy-sheathed heating elements carry the load, a 316L stainless work zone with removable shelves resists the atmosphere, and multi-layer insulation keeps the shell touch-safe while the chamber holds setpoint.
Control is PID with 0.1°C resolution on a PT100 sensor, an LCD showing set and current temperature, an over-temperature protection circuit and a timer. A high-speed centrifugal blower drives the loop, keeping the work zone within ±3°C at 500°C — the spec that decides whether annealed parts come out annealed or merely warm.
Whether the duty is annealing machined parts, curing powder coatings, preheating molds or aging polymers at the top of their range, the RGW series is engineered to run at its ceiling all day — which is exactly where ordinary drying ovens age fastest.
Key features
- RT+5°C to 500°C working range. PID control, 0.1°C resolution, PT100 sensor, LCD showing set and actual temperature
- Incoloy-sheathed heating elements. rated for continuous 500°C duty where bare-wire elements oxidise and fail
- 316L stainless work zone. removable shelves rated at 15 kg each, corrosion-resistant at temperature
- Multi-layer insulation. double-layer insulated chamber keeps the exterior cool enough to touch at full setpoint
- High-speed centrifugal blower. forced convection holds the work zone within ±3°C at 500°C
- Independent over-temperature protection. protects the load when the controller is not the problem
- High-temp silicone seal and latch handle. the door stays sealed through thermal cycling, cycle after cycle

Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum temperature?
500°C, with a working range of RT+5°C to 500°C and 0.1°C resolution under PID control.
How long does it take to reach 500°C?
Ramp time depends on load; the 72L model reaches 500°C in roughly 60 minutes empty, and loaded cycles are documented in the factory test report.
Is the exterior cool during operation?
Yes — multi-layer insulation in the double-wall construction keeps the shell touch-safe even at full setpoint.
What safety features does it have?
An independent over-temperature protection circuit, a timer, and a latch door handle with a high-temp silicone seal.
What sizes are available?
42L, 72L, 150L and 400L — from a single tray of small parts to full sintering trays in the 400L model.
