Description
Overview
The RHS-B series is the benchtop member of the WSHLab temperature humidity chamber platform: 0–60°C and 40–95% RH with ±0.5°C / ±3% uniformity, in 50L, 100L and 150L cabinets that fit a standard laboratory bench. It is built for the studies that happen where the work happens — method development, small-sample conditioning and damp heat exposure, QC checks and teaching work — without giving up the controller or the documentation of the floor-standing platform.
The 7-inch touchscreen programs up to 100 segments — each with its own temperature and humidity setpoints, ramp and hold time — so thermal cycling profiles and constant climate states run unattended behind the tempered glass door. Ultrasonic humidification holds the dew point without wetted-salt maintenance, and an independent over-temperature circuit protects both the study and the samples.
Data leaves the chamber as CSV over USB, with three years of onboard logging behind it, in the same format as every other WSHLab environmental chamber. A laboratory that proves a protocol on a 50L benchtop unit scales to the RHS-F floor-standing cabinets without changing procedures, training or documentation.
Key features
- Bench-top installation. 50L, 100L and 150L capacities sized for a standard 750mm bench — the chamber lives next to the balance and the workstation, not in a equipment room
- Precise dual control. 0–60°C at ±0.5°C and 40–95% RH at ±3% across the working volume, verified at the factory with a representative load
- 7-inch touchscreen programmer. 100-segment profiles with per-segment temperature, humidity, ramp and hold — constant climate or thermal cycling on one controller
- 304 stainless chamber. rounded corners and a draining condensate path wipe clean between studies; tempered glass viewing window in the door
- Ultrasonic humidification. stable 40–95% RH without saturated-salt maintenance or condensation drift at the setpoint corners
- 3-year data logging with USB export. CSV files load straight into LIMS or a study file; onboard memory retains the run history for audits
- Independent alarm protection. over-temperature and over-humidity alarms with an independent shutdown path protect unattended runs

Where you would install it
- Method development. prove conditioning and damp heat protocols at 50L before committing floor-standing capacity
- QC sample exposure. small counts of product, packaging or components held at defined temperature and humidity
- Teaching laboratories. a full-specification climate chamber students can observe through the door window
- Pilot validation. packaging and electronics assemblies cycled at a manageable scale
Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available?
50L, 100L and 150L. All three fit a standard 750mm laboratory bench and share one specification sheet.
What is the temperature uniformity?
±0.5°C across the working volume; humidity holds ±3% RH. Both are verified at the factory with a representative load.
What is the humidity uniformity?
±3% RH across 40–95% RH, held by ultrasonic humidification with no wetted-salt maintenance.
How is data exported?
USB CSV export with three years of onboard logging — files load directly into LIMS or a study record.
